1. Executive Summary & Core Architecture

MarketMate is our completed, premium, fully native Flutter-based mobile e-commerce product. It is ready to be deployed to transform your existing Magento 2.4 or Adobe Commerce platform into powerful, high-performance iOS and Android mobile apps. As an Adobe Silver Solution Partner, Associative is expertly positioned to integrate and deploy this ready-made architecture natively. We ensure high scalability, excellent performance, and zero third-party dependencies.

Bespoke UI Customization (No Generic Templates): While the core MarketMate engine is fully developed and ready to deploy, we absolutely do not use generic templates or restrictive drag-and-drop builders for your final delivery. The front-end mobile application is custom-tailored to match your exact business logic, user journeys, and brand identity.
Fully Native Single Codebase: Built entirely on the Flutter framework for a seamless native experience on both iOS and Android smartphones. This provides a unified, high-performance user interface (UI) while significantly reducing long-term development and maintenance costs.
Live Synchronization: The app features real-time live synchronization. Any changes you make to products, pricing, or content in the Magento 2 backend will directly and instantly reflect on the mobile app.
Data Architecture: The app leverages Magento’s native GraphQL APIs for minimal payload and maximum speed, ensuring blazing-fast screen load times.
GDPR Compliant & Secure: Built with strict adherence to GDPR guidelines to protect and carefully control user data. Local device storage is used securely for session and app settings only.

2. Delivery & Strict IP/Legal Protections

Client Infrastructure Costs: The client will cover their own Magento hosting and developer accounts (Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console).
Deployment Timeline: 15 to 18 weeks post-order finalisation. This timeframe covers backend API setup, custom UI/UX design integration, payment gateway configuration, rigorous quality assurance (QA), and app store publishing.

Legal Protections & Licensing

To protect the integrity of our source code and bespoke architecture, the project is governed by strict legal frameworks:

Master Service Agreement (MSA): A strict MSA will be drafted explicitly defining severe financial penalties for reverse engineering, code extraction, or unauthorized distribution of the application.
Source Code Ownership: Associative retains full intellectual property (IP) and source code ownership of the MarketMate core product.
EULA & App Store Licensing: Using Apple App Store and Google Play EULAs, the app is legally licensed solely for the client’s specific brand and end-users. Repackaging, reselling, or white-labeling the application to third parties is strictly prohibited.
License Definition: Delivery is strictly classified as a “Single-Entity, Non-Transferable, Non-Sublicensable Lifetime License for Internal Business Operations.”
Compiled Binaries: Clients receive the compiled .apk / .aab (for Android) and .ipa (for iOS) binaries exclusively for their own business use.
API Whitelisting & Obfuscation: Hardcoded, encrypted API tokens ensure the app can only communicate with the client’s registered domain. Flutter binaries are heavily obfuscated to make reverse-engineering nearly impossible.

7. Commercials: Pricing, Maintenance & Support

Based on the deployment and customization of our high-performance Flutter product integrated with Adobe Commerce/Magento (including AR, ML, and B2B workflows), the investment structure is clearly outlined below.

1. Product License, Customization & Implementation

International Clients (Outside India): $35,000 — $45,000 USD.
Domestic Clients (Within India): ₹29,00,000 — ₹37,50,000 INR + 18% GST.
(Note: The exact final cost will be determined based on the precise complexity of your custom APIs, UI design requirements, and B2B workflows).

2. Maintenance & Support (Year 1)

Cost: Included (1 Year Free Maintenance post-launch).
Includes: Bug fixes, OS compatibility updates (Apple/Google releases), and API synchronization maintenance.

3. Annual Update & Support Contract (Year 2 Onward)

Cost: 15% to 20% of the initial project cost per year.
Includes: Ongoing OS/platform compatibility updates, security patches, technical support, uptime monitoring, and minor UI optimizations.

8. Terms of Service & Policies

Payment Terms:
- 50% Advance Payment is strictly required at project initiation.
- 50% Remaining Balance is due at the time of the final handover of app files and submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Accepted Payment Modes: We accept safe electronic bank payments including RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, PayPal, and International Bank Wire Transfers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of the UI customization and the immediate allocation of engineering resources for integration, once an order is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Support SLA: All technical support queries will be addressed within 72 hours during standard working days via WhatsApp chat or Email.
Demo Policy: Because our completed architecture is strictly customized and uniquely tailored to your specific business logic (no generic pre-built templates are delivered), we do not provide product demos.

9. Project Initiation & Onboarding

To generate your formal invoice, draft the Master Service Agreement (MSA), and officially initiate the project, kindly provide us with the following details:
